The HVF Show Series is a group of four shows in Spring/Summer 2026 with the goal of encouraging the local equestrian community in correct horsemanship and training. Dressage classes will use current year USDF tests and judging will remain open and encouraging to all types of horses with correct training being rewarded the most. Jumping

Dressage classes will use current year USDF tests and judging will remain open and encouraging to all types of horses with correct training being rewarded the most. Jumping will be judged on style more than time to avoid encouraging dangerous riding.

The HVF Show Series will hold classes in Dressage from lead line to 4th level and Jumping from lead line to 3ft with a small, horse and rider friendly course. Our four shows will be on:
March 28, 2026: HVF Spring Fling Show
May 16, 2026: HVF Summer Series I Show
June 13, 2026: HVF Summer Series II Show
July 11, 2026: HVF Summer Series Finals

The HVF Show Series will provide 1st through 4th place ribbons in each division at each show. Each placing will receive points (1st: 30 points, 2nd: 20 points, 3rd: 10 points, and 4th: 5 points) that will accumulate to give us our division Champion and Reserve Champion combinations at the final show of the series. Horse and rider combinations must remain in the same division for the whole show series to qualify for Championship ribbons.
